Resumption of Physical Classes for Aarambh & Neev I

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Sanskaar!

We hope and pray that you and your family are safe.

As you are aware, that the past 20 months have been a difficult journey for school students in the wake of the pandemic. Schools across the country are now gradually opening physical classes in phases and The Sanskaar Valley School has been no exception. Students of grades Neev II-XII are already attending physical lessons on campus and the response from students and parents has been overwhelming.

Further, we have also received a series of directives to resume offline classes for students of Aarambh & Neev I in Aadhar. Pursuant to these notifications, the school has decided to commence physical classes for Aarambh & Neev I in a phased manner from the 29th of November 2021 (Monday). The physical presence of the students in school will help bolster their learning and enrich their socio-emotional growth.

Physical classes for Aarambh & Neev I will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (9.30am to 12:30pm) from 29th of November 2021. Online classes will continue the remaining days of the week. For those who cannot attend Physical classes, online classes will continue with a modified format and time schedule.

We have taken great care to provide utmost safety to the school community by strictly following all the prescribed protocols as underlined by the government and health authorities.

  • Please note that students will always be required to wear masks and carry sanitizers.
  • The classrooms and all usable external surfaces have been regularly sanitized to be operationally ready to welcome students back to school. Regular sanitization and fumigation will continue.
  • The school transport facilities will continue for pick-up and drop-off of students and staff members (restricted stops). All standard protocols will be adhered to.
  • Dining hall will be operational. The students will be served brunch under supervision following all COVID protocols. Students need to carry their own water bottles, which can be refilled in school.
  • Kindly label all belongings of the child. (bag, bottle, Masks, Sanitizers etc)
  • As a precautionary measure against viral illness of the season students are advised to wear full sleeve shirts and trousers (Please use mosquito repellent patch/cream).
  • We would like to reiterate that all teachers and support staff members in the school have been vaccinated.
  • Parents are required to submit the online Consent Form (Please fill in the transport preference) attached with this letter latest by 24th of November (Tuesday). This is important for us to prepare for classes. Students are further required to carry a hardcopy of the Consent Letter attached when they arrive in school. We believe that our trained team of teachers and staff members with adequate support from students will succeed in our united effort to reclaim the joy of learning in the classroom. We look forward to having our students, who are the soul of the school, back to where they belong.
