An English Activity to express your opinion
“Opinion is the medium between knowledge and ignorance”
A Symposium was held on 10th March, 2023 during Competition Time to celebrate
International Women’s Day. The theme of symposium was ‘Gender Equality for
Sustainable Development.’
Students expressed their opinion on the vital role of women and the need for their full and
equal participation and leadership in all areas of sustainable development. All the students
participated enthusiastically and creatively in this event. The event included a zealous presentation by the students of each team as per the topic assigned for their grade. Role plays, Skits, Power Point Presentation, charts, posters, and slogans were highlights of
their presentations. Students exhibited perfect teamwork and were able to impress the viewers with their group’s presentation.
The topics for the Symposium:
Grade 6- Women Leaders or Sports person of India
Grade 7-Women Entrepreneurs of India
Grade 8- Gender Equality for a Sustainable Tomorrow
The credit for the grand success of the event goes to the dedicated and enthusiastic students of Sopaan.
