Natural Energy Conservation Day - G.K.

“Nation that leads in renewable energy will be the nation that leads the world”.

Replacing traditional sources of energy completely with renewable energy is going to be a challenging task. However, by adding renewable energy to the grid and gradually increasing its contribution, we can realistically expect a future that is powered completely by green energy.

Keeping this thought in mind future leaders of tomorrow, students of Prangan were enlightened about the Natural Energy Conservation Day observed on 14th December every year. The importance of Renewable Energy and its benefit not just for today but also for the generations to come were imbibed amongst the children. Students were shown an informative presentation and a knowledgeable video on the natural energy sources and how the most widely used energy resource – coal - generate energy efficiently but is also polluting the environment by emitting the harmful gases in the environment.

The children put on their thinking caps and created beautiful posters with great messages, to encourage the use of renewable energy sources, using them out of the box imagination.
