Flower Dissection Activity- Grade V

Real experiences encourage students

It isn’t easy to keep students glued to the textbooks for hours and expect them to recall every concept that was taught. The experiences from the performed activities stay longer in the mind of students. It is said that real knowledge comes from experiences. No wonder people don’t learn swimming by reading the instructions! This is why at The Sanskaar Valley School, we feel that experiential learning is the most natural way to teach students. The students of Grade V learnt the various parts of a flower by dissecting it.

Hands-on learning or Kinesthetic learning makes learning fun through various activities. After all, it is more about experiences than reading!
