University Connect - How big data affects what we watch

Team Samcara invited Prof. Partha Sarathi Roy (management faculty) from Shiv Nadar University to address the students of grade 11 & 12 to give an insight about usage of big data. Prof. Roy had a very interactive session with the students taking up Netflix case study and making the students understand the levels of data and data analysis procedure used by the companies for their business development. Prof. Roy also addressed questions on how students can prepare themselves for the field of data analytics. The session was very informative for the students not only in terms of career but also understanding how data plays a very important role in today’s world.

Procedure for Admission to Classes II - XII

Admission to classes II to XII is dependent upon availability of vacancies.

Admission Counsellor stationed at the School Office will help you through the basic initiation process of filling up the Registration Form that is available round the year at the school premises and online on our website.
Admission formalities are conducted

Considering the vacancies available, an interaction with the Principal is succeeded with mandatory admission formalities.
Complete the admission process

Students and parents are intimated telephonically and/or through E-mail about admission. The process gets completed by depositing the admission fee within 5 days from the date of intimation by the School.

Four recent Colour Passport size photograph of the child (one of which needs to be pasted in the form) Proof of Residence (photocopy of Electoral Card/Passport/Driving License/Telephone Bill)

Photocopy of last report Card of the previous school (for admission in Class II and above)
